Rental Delivery and Pickup


Store Hours for Pickup and Delivery


Agreement for Use and Installation of Rental Equipment



Rates are quoted for a daily, single use rental. We normally allow a 72 hour period to accomodate delivery and pickup. Items rented for a weekend event would typically be delivered on Thursday or Friday and picked up on Sunday or Monday. If you require a longer rental period please contact us for rate information.  All charges are for time out whether used or not.



Final payment is due before delivery or at the time of pickup. We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Local Personal Checks with a valid driver's license.



A valid driver's license or another major form of I.D. is required.

Rental Delivery


Delivery Charges

Delivery times are determined by delivery type, zip code, and order size.

Delivery charge is based on the distance to delivery location from our Tinley Park store.

The rental delivery charge is one charge for a two-way delivery, both dropping off and picking the items back up.


Security and Weather Protection 

All items should be placed in a secure, weather protected place.


Delivery Times

Delivery routes are finalized on the morning of delivery. Since time and care are part of each delivery, specific delivery times are not available.  After hours or specific time deliveries and/or pick ups may incur additional charges.

Salina's does not make appointment times for rental delivery drop-off or pick-up times

Our trucks will deliver until their schedule is completed.


Preparing Rental Items for Return/Pickup

Rental items need to be returned to their point of delivery. China, glass, and flatware should be rinsed free of food and placed back in their supplied container. Linens should be shaken, food free and dry to prevent staining and mildew. Linen bags will be supplied for the return of linen items. Tables and chairs should be stacked prior to pickup.


In-Store Rental Pickup


Our warehouse and storefront are located at 7551 West 175th Street, Tinley Park, IL 60477.

We are conveniently located just off I-80 in the Tinley Park/Orland park/ Mokena area.

North of I-80 halfway between Harlem ave(rt 43) and 80th ave.


Vehicle Requirements

Items you are picking up must fit safely inside your vehicle.


Broken, Damaged, and Missing Rental Items

The customer is responsible for the equipment from the time of delivery until the time of pickup. Be sure equipment is secured when not in use and protected from the weather. Our insurance does not cover equipment while it is in the renter's possession.
