We have experience with wedding showers, corporate parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties, weddings, gift openings, baby showers, anniversary celebrations, family reunions, retirement parties, Halloween parties, poker nights, company outings, outdoor BBQs and even children's birthday parties!

Our Wait Staff & Bartender Services

Bartending (four hour minimum)

     We can set up the bar.

     We can make the drinks.

      We can serve the drinks.

       We can clean and maintain the bar.

       We can leave the bar as self-serve.

        You provide the beverages and supplies.

We make recommendations on the supplies (liquor, ice, cups, etc.) needed, but you purchase and provide the supplies.

Wait Staff (four hour minimum)

   We can do all the set up.

  Set linens

   Serve Buffet or Family Style

  Serve Coffee

    Serve & Cut the wedding cake

     Wrap Leftovers

    We can greet guests and check coats.

    We can hand pass appetizers.

    We can maintain the buffet table, restocking it and clean up.

     We can wash dishes and clean ashtrays.

     We can take out the trash.

    We can keep candles lit.

How many servers do I need for my catering event?

Buffet catering: For a typical 2 to 3 entrees and a few sides, serving coffee, cutting the cake, wrapping leftovers, some cleanup one server should be good up to around 75 people.  If your party is more complicated or requires more attention from your server, please take that into consideration.  

Family style catering: When we have china service with family style catering the minimum requirements for servers is as follows: One Server for every 30 guests and one extra server for every 100 guests. Please allow for more time and/or extra servers if you need the table linens set, place settings set, plated salads, large events, etc..
